IDE Issues Warning Over Fake E-mails

Be aware of fraudulent use of email addresses, says Israel Diamond Exchange.
The Israel Diamond Exchange has warned members to pay special attention to sensitive information contained in emails after complaints were received that email addresses had been used to provide false information regarding bank accounts.

"We advise members to check and to act with increased vigilance in all matters related to the transfer of sensitive information on the Internet in general, and especially relating to specific bank accounts and credit card numbers," IDE General Manager Moti Besser said in a special notice.
