Israel Diamond Week Invites IWJG Participants To Take Part

Israel Diamond Week at the Diamond Dealers Club of New York and the International Watch & Jewelry Guild Show overlap.

The organizers of the fifth Israel Diamond Week in New York are inviting participants in the International Watch & Jewelry Guild Show (IWJG) in New York to take advantage of the proximity in dates to attend the diamond event as well.

The Israel Diamond Week, sponsored by the Diamond Dealers Club of New York (DDC) and the Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE), will be held from October 31 – November 2, while the IWJG show is taking place on October 31 and November 1.

The Israel Diamond Week will be held on the trading floor of the DDC at 580 Fifth Avenue in midtown Manhattan. It will feature hundreds of American and Israeli diamond dealers who will be offering a large selection of goods at a wide variety of price points. The IWJG show, which is held 10 times a year in different locations throughout the U.S., brings together up to 1,000 member jewelers and watch dealers. It will be held at the Marriott New York at the Brooklyn Bridge.

IDE President Yoram Dvash said, “This year the timing of the two shows creates a unique opportunity for IWJG participants to kill two birds with one stone, so to speak. They can take advantage of what each show offers, and profit from both. Our show offers diamonds directly from the source and right before the busy holiday season,” he said.

DDC President Reuven Kaufman said, “There is no other diamond trade event like the Israel Diamond Week in the United States. The timing of the two shows offers both sides a great chance to meet new trading partners. It is an exceptional opportunity to create new business relationships.”

Registration for the Israel Diamond Week in New York is free for bourse members and approved members of the trade.
