Lightflush StartUp joins The Diamond Tech

The Israel Diamond Exchange signed an agreement with the Israeli start-up company “Lightflush” for their entry into the Diamond Tech innovation center.

Lightflush CEO and one of its founders is bourse member Amitay Wiener, a second generation diamantaire. Other founders are Dr. Menachem Margaliot, a physics expert, and his wife Shulamit Margaliot.

The marketing manager, Eyal Ceder, is a third generation in a family of diamantaires at the IDE.

 

The IDE presidet Yoram Dvash said: “Lightflush’s activity is close to my heart, at the heart of the global and Israeli industry. We are excited to work together and to mix the old world of polishing diamonds with innovation and the desire to expand the field to new areas”.

 

Wiener thanked everyone and said “we look forward to a fruitful and productive cooperation with the IDE and to promoting the Israeli industry”.

 

The technological incubator, located within the IDE complex, supports diamond related start-ups in a variety of fields.

 

Through this initiative, IDE promotes new technologies that will bring added value to the diamond industry as well as to other sectors.

 

The IDE president Mr. Dvash thanked the Vice President and head of the innovation center board, Boaz Moldavsky, board members Ezra Boaron, Meir Dalumi, Uri Spiro, Asher Eizen, and the Diamond Tech Manager Hana Toledano. “I congratulate Lightflush for joining us, may we all enjoy the fruits of this joint effort”.
