The Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE) has announced that the 65th Annual General Meeting will take place next month.
The AGM will be held on November 4 in the Trading Hall starting at 3pm. If the legally required number of members is not present, the start of the meeting will be pushed back until 4pm. At that point, the meeting will go ahead and be seen as legally valid no matter how many members are in attendance.
