The Israel Diamond Exchange has a Partner Service Center serving 20,000 subscribers - over 8,000 tag owners working in the complex and their families.
The center offers services in the following areas:
- Purchasing mobile devices and end equipment
- Joining internet infrastructure through 012
- Changes in cellular and internet plans
- Inquiry about invoices
- Repair shop
The center is open on Sundays from Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 to 17:30

A free wireless network in the diamond exchange complex for visitors, Bursa-WIFI, is available in the public areas.
