The Finance Committee is responsible for planning and distributing the resources needed to maintain the regular activities of the diamond exchange and for creating development budgets for all of the exchange buildings, according to a multi-year plan prepared by the Managing Director with the assistance of the various professional departments.
The committee submits the annual budget proposals for approval of the Boards of Directors of the Exchange and its companies, and after the budget has been approved by the board of directors, each company must ensure that its activities are carried out within the prescribed budget.
